First 5 Mono County , First 5 Inyo County and Altrusa International are hosting the 5th annual Books and Barn Animals Jamboree on Saturday, May 1st from 10am-2pm at the Tri County Fairgrounds in Bishop. In addition to the may booths–featuring a petting zoo, puppet shows, and prizes–there will be a book exchange. Families can bring used books to trade with other families or to get carnival tickets.
